I’m Eshani Hettiarachchi, Ph.D., a scientist and lifelong learner passionate about exploring the environmental processes that shape our planet and impact human well-being. My work centers on understanding these complex systems, and I’m always eager to expand my skills and venture into new areas of research. 

 

Outside the lab, I turn to the arts for balance and inspiration. Under the name Ceylon Painter, I share my love for both digital and traditional art — a creative space where I can play with colors, textures, and ideas. It’s my way of blending science with creativity, and I’m excited to feature some of those pieces here.
